Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Elozonam shared his ordeal, stating that Uber delivery drivers failed to deliver his orders twice, and despite reaching out to Uber Nigeria’s customer service, he has yet to receive a satisfactory response. Frustrated, he tweeted:

All attempts to report the issue have been met with ‘we will escalate this issue’ with no feedback afterwards. And now I’m doing this. So please while I’m still civil…kindly respond to me. Thank you.”
