In 2024 alone, the Hisbah Board handled 16,939 complaints ranging from domestic disputes among couples to community conflicts, inheritance matters, and business disagreements. Out of these, an impressive 7,884 cases were resolved amicably through reconciliation. This success highlights the board’s commitment to fostering peace and justice within the community.
The board also conducted 885 operations across the state, leading to the arrest of 354 individuals who faced charges for various offenses. Moreover, 2,836 criminal cases were addressed, with many involving financial disputes such as unpaid rents, failed business arrangements, and inheritance claims.
